ADVANCED PUSHING HANDS COURSE
Warsaw, Poland 4-11 September 2010
Course intended mainly for those who completed our basic curriculum. But those who completed 1 section of basic program can participate too.
This course will cover issuing power in pushing hands, neutralizing and countering, free pushing hands and related basic training (zhan zhuang, shi li, fa li).

Saturday, 4 September 14.00
Sunday 5 September 9.30.-12.30. and 14.00.-17.00.
Monday 6 September 16.30.-20.00.
Tuesday 7 September 16.30.-20.00.
Wednesday 8 September 16.30.-20.00.
Thursday 9 September 16.30.-20.00.
Friday 10 September 16.30.-20.00.
Saturday 11 September 9.30.-13.00. A party in afternoon
Training hours are arranged so, that people from Warsaw can participate without need to take holiday.
Accomodation according to participants needs: there is a range of cheap hostels and hotels.
TRAINING FEE
90 Euro - for those with valid at least 3rd grade 120 Euro - for those with valid 2nd grade. 180 Euro for all other participants
This is training fee only, not including accomodation, food or other costs.
